Roger is part of BDO El Salvador since 2006, and his professional growth developed until reaching as director of the area, performance performed from internal audit for various industrial sectors, due dilligences, process improvement, advising policies and procedures with focus on internal control, performing compliance audits to international cooperation organizations.
Since 2017 he took on the challenge of coordinating the BSO area providing a consultative approach to the area, in which there is a wide variety of business services: accounting, tax, commercial obligations, municipal, payroll among others.
Both roles are compatible in order to offer an exceptional service to the client.
Ensure and provide internal audit methodology to the field team, review work papers and evidence supporting the audit reports, and maintain direct communication with the client. In the bookkeeping area, he is responsible for managing the staff to achieve the objectives of delivering accounting information to our clients, submitting their tax obligations and in others to keep track of their payroll. In addition, he is responsible for the liquidation of partnerships.
Education
Bachelor in Public Accounting at Universidad Centroamericana "José Simeón Cañas" (UCA).
Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
